Pawsome Treats understands the importance of providing a clear returns policy to ensure customer satisfaction. As our products are delicate and perishable cakes, we regret to inform you that returns cannot be accepted. However, we are more than willing to address any concerns or issues you may have regarding your order.

Cancellations requests must be made no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. We kindly request your understanding to adhering to this timeframe.

While we take utmost care in packaging your order to guarantee safe arrival, we must acknowledge that we cannot control the actions of the courier driver. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that the courier driver will handle it with the same level of care as we do. Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for items damaged during transit by the courier.
